Stringz Attached was formed accidentally during an open mic night in
June 2010. After performing their version of pop/rock/blues at
Gallucios, Beachcombers, Pickled Herring, and Jellyfish Joels.
The band now featuring Heather Auger/bass player,
Suzanne Ludwig/violinist & guitarist, Bob Tabasko/drummer, Kathy
Layfield keyboardist/vocalist and Barbara Sartell saxophone/vocalist
plays songs from the 60's: Wild Thing,Venus; 70's: Cherry Bomb, I Want You
to Want Me; 80's: Jesus Just Left Chicago, Give Me one Reason; 90's: I
Will Follow, I Love Rock and Roll; 2000's: I Kissed a Girl, Please Don't
Leave Me.
No Stringz Attached has enjoyed packed houses at Cheneys on the Pike,
The Cube, Deerfield Country Club, etc. This mostly female band does
every song a little different- it’s their prerogative! The band has an
enthusiastic energy that is sure to keep to keep you entertained.
